We want your career at Ramboll to get off to a good start. All new employees receive a tailored introduction to their new jobs and functions. This lets you get quickly acquainted with your new tasks and colleagues and with Ramboll as a company.

Project meeting

Mentor scheme

Through our mentor scheme, you will be assigned an experienced colleague from your first day. Your mentor can show you around the department and provide answers to all the practical questions associated with starting at a new workplace. You will also be fully briefed about your new tasks so you can quickly settle into your specific work area and the company overall.

On-boarding programme

You will also be invited to participate in our on-boarding programme, during which you will meet and network with other new Ramboll employees as well as meet management and learn about the company’s history, values and services.

We want you to have a good start and maximum job satisfaction from day one.
